Actually, that &#8220;magical time&#8221; probably lasted about 6 months. The search engines have gotten picky as of late. If you want to generate traffic these days you&#8217;ve got to have <strong>SEO web marketing</strong> skills &#8212; or be willing to hire someone who does.</p>
<p>It is possible but a bit more time and labor intensive to find buyers with cash in hand without spending a lot of money on advertising and &#8220;off page&#8221; strategies. It can be done, but you end up spending a lot of time &#8220;meeting and greeting&#8221; as we say here in the South. Your efforts will eventually pay off if you make a concerted effort at locating folks who need what you have to offer. In order of logic and then expense, here&#8217;s a list of SEO web promotion techniques that go beyond basic &#8220;on page&#8221; optimization.</p>
<p>Here are the first three of six deceptively simple strategies for pulling in visitors to your website:</p>
<p><strong>Strategy 1. Add a Blog to Your Stand-Alone Website</strong></p>
<p>This is the first logical thing you can do. The beauty of a blog is that it can be updated at any time and usually in from a number of different electronic platforms. Your constant blog updates (if they&#8217;re good, of course) make it possible for you to emerge as the expert authority in your field. People who visit your blog will comment on what you have to say. Keep the conversation alive on your blog and on other blogs in your niche by making good use of the &#8220;Comment&#8221; section. That way, your competitor&#8217;s clients could possibly become your clients when they find you on the SERP when they do a search on those very same keywords and phrases.</p>
